Questions anyone?

Sorry all, I have been MIA the last little while due to the horrible illness known as the FLU. And now, unfortunately, my husband has it :(

I wanted to ask you guys to give me some ideas of what you'd like advice on or questions you may have so I can use those ideas to make posts & better cater to everyone! So leave a comment! Thanks :)

  1. This site is great, Rach! I love the healthy recipe ideas. I know how to count calories, but I've never been good at other important aspects of healthy eating such as good carbs vs bad carbs, salt vs no salt, am I eating enough veggies, etc. Maybe you could do some posts about those kinds of things?

  2. I have lots of questions. I've been trying really hard to eat better and exercise more, and I find it hard to stick to it. I'll be really good for a couple weeks then just fall out of the habit. I don't always have time to make a good dinner and its just easier to grab something on the go. How do you over come that, and keep at it? Especially when eating healthy is so expensive.

  3. Rachel I love the new blog! My question is how do you be heathly and stay in a budget, every time I even think about being more healthy I realize i'm going to have to spend more money....any tips?! Also how do you know when to indulge and when not to?

  4. I have a lot of meals that take me 2 seconds to put together or grab. I also have things I throw in my purse that won't perish if I know I am going to be gone a while. I will make a post all about quick easy meals asap :)
